🌍 The Excelerator, founded in 2021, is growing!

This October we launch our 10th cohort, a 10-week, live online youth leadership program on Saturday mornings with participants from six countries across Central & Latin America, including Brazil for the first time.

Each classroom is led by a classroom leader, supported by a head coach and coaches. Many youth (ages 9–13) arrive shy, but soon discover the courage to spark real change, from petitioning mayors for safer street lighting, to tackling water issues, protecting animals, and planting trees.

We’re looking for: ✅ Simultaneous Interpreters (Portuguese ↔ English / Portuguese ↔ Spanish) ✅ Two Portuguese-speaking Coaches ✅ Partners to help us expand our impact
