🚀 Position: Interpreter (Technical Intern Trainee Support Officer) 📍 Location: Kariya City or Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan 🕘 Full-time | 8 hours per day | Immediate Joiners Preferred

ARMS JAPAN is a trusted organization that connects India and Japan through human resource development and international cooperation. Currently, over 600 Indian technical intern trainees are living and working across Japan, including more than 300 trainees in Aichi Prefecture. To ensure that they can live happily and work safely in Japan, we are strengthening our local support system. We are now hiring an Interpreter / Trainee Support Officer who will visit companies, assist trainees in their daily lives, and act as a bridge between Indian trainees and Japanese companies.

💼 Key Responsibilities Visit companies mainly in Aichi Prefecture to check on the living and working conditions of trainees

Support trainees so they can live comfortably and enjoy their time in Japan Interpret and translate between Japanese and trainees during company visits and meetings Assist with Japanese language and cultural adaptation

Handle any issues or concerns from trainees and coordinate with companies for solutions Report and document activities regularly

🧩 Requirements ✅ Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher (mandatory) ✅ Valid driving license (must enter Japan with an international license and convert it to a Japanese one after arrival) ✅ Responsible, proactive, and good at communication ✅ Passionate about helping and supporting others ✅ Able to represent India proudly and build trust with Japanese companies

💰 Employment Details Location: Kariya City or Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture Working Hours: 8 hours per day (with break) Salary: From ¥200,000/month (negotiable based on experience and ability) Bonus & Salary Increase: Available Days Off: Saturday & Sunday (Work required on the final Saturday every two months) Visa Processing Time: Approximately 3–4 months Travel and entry support provided
