🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer – Abu Dhabi (Onsite)

Are you passionate about turning complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time onsite position.

✅ Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in software documentation

Expertise with tools like MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML, SharePoint (or other XML-based authoring tools)

Knowledge of DITA for structured content management

Strong understanding of SDLC & DDLC

Experience creating diagrams (flowcharts, DFDs, etc.)

Familiarity with Agile environments

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

📌 Responsibilities:

Create and maintain high-quality documentation tailored to different audiences

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and subject matter experts

Research, outline, write, and edit technical content (manuals, user guides, developer guides, online help, etc.)

Manage documentation repositories and ensure centralized, consistent content

Deliver content in multiple formats for maximum usability
