This role will focus on delivering high-quality content that improves communication with stakeholders and enhances user experience across digital platforms. Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Local to Texas candidates only

Key Responsibilities: Research and develop content strategies for complex topics. Write, edit, and fact-check web content prior to publication. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and user experience. Collaborate with UX designers, SMEs, developers, and testers. Review website performance, SEO, and design for continuous improvement. Manage timelines and deliverables effectively.

Candidate Qualifications: 8+ years web content writing or digital marketing. 8+ years SEO, content strategy, website editing, analytics (Google Analytics). 5+ years content planning and performance tracking. 5+ years strong writing, editing & storytelling. 4+ years copywriting & proofreading. 2+ years basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Illustrator). Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. Strong content portfolio. Early childhood education content experience. Strong cross-agency collaboration experience.
