Marketing Role – Graduate or Experienced

📍 Tonbridge, Kent

We’ve reached an exciting stage where marketing has become too big to manage part-time. With three businesses – Towns Bathrooms, Towns Merchant, and THP Direct – there’s a huge amount to do across websites, social media, email campaigns, and content creation.

That’s why we’re looking for a full-time marketing person to join us in-house. This could suit either: A Graduate/Junior Marketing Assistant who’s eager to kickstart their career and grow with us. Or an Experienced Marketing Executive who can hit the ground running and take ownership straight away.

What you’ll be doing: Managing our social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook). Creating content – blogs, case studies, reels, newsletters. Keeping our websites updated (WordPress/Shopify/WooCommerce). Helping run marketing campaigns (SEO, email, paid ads). Working with suppliers and partners on promotions. Tracking performance and spotting opportunities for growth. What we’re looking for: Graduate/Junior route: Marketing, business, or media degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, keen to learn, confident with social media.

Experienced Exec route: 2+ years’ marketing experience, good copywriting skills, confident with CMS platforms, email marketing, SEO/ads knowledge, proactive and results-driven.
