Email Marketing Specialist Job

Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist – Healthcare Domain Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: Minimum 2+ years Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to generate quality leads and nurture prospects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and comfortable interacting with US-based prospects through follow-up calls during the assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Design and execute targeted email campaigns to generate and nurture healthcare leads. 2. Create impactful email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversions. 3. Manage, clean, and segment email lists for personalized campaigns. 4. Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns. 5. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and HIPAA guidelines in all communications. 6. Conduct research to identify healthcare leads and maintain accurate CRM records. 7. Make follow-up calls to US-based prospects to qualify and nurture leads. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align lead-generation efforts.

Requirements : 1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing for the healthcare domain. 2. Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). 3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management. 4. Proven track record of generating healthcare leads via email campaigns. 5. Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

Comfortable working in US shift hours. Ability to make professional follow-up calls to prospects. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Nice to Have Experience with marketing automation platforms. Exposure to AI-driven email personalization tools. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.
