📌 Responsibilities Segmenting databases and implementing CRM strategies Using CRM tools to create audience segments and target campaigns Preparing technical briefs for designers and copywriters Running A/B tests on campaigns to determine effectiveness Ensuring compliance with industry best practices in email marketing Tracking and reporting on campaign performance to guide improvements Analyzing email marketing campaigns and recommending improvements Monitoring KPIs and CRM actions

🧩 Requirements Customer-first mindset Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Data-driven approach and high engagement Proven experience with email automation tools and omnichannel campaigns Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics) with ability to interpret and implement solutions Excellent English writing and copywriting skills Experience with chatbots (a big plus) Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS Ability to manage end-to-end projects
