Position: Technical Writer Location: Harrisburg, PA, Remote Duration: Long Term Client : Commonwealth of PA

Note: Must be Local to Pennsylvania

Required Skill:

5 Years of Working knowledge of SQL Server databases, T-SQL, scripts, and queries. 5 Years of Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile / Scrum development methods. 5 Years of Exp.- Advanced, senior level experience in defining and documenting business and system use cases using the business use case methodology 5 Years of Exp.- translating customer requirements into functional and technical requirements in a clear manner. 5 Years of Exp.- with eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business and data needs of stakeholder business units. Experience working in the public health or healthcare industry with various health applications and data.
