Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Chinese Translator to support our team in translating written and verbal communication between Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, culturally appropriate, and contextually relevant translations to support internal and external communications, product and technical documentation, and project needs to ensure clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities: * Translate Chinese products, documents, emails, and reports from Chinese to English and vice versa. * Interpret conversations and meetings in real-time to facilitate communication. * Ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and context in translations. * Work closely with teams to provide language support for business operations. * Proofread and edit translated content for clarity, grammar, and cultural appropriateness. *Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Communications) to ensure message accuracy. *Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold translation quality standards.

Requirements: * Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English (spoken and written). * Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness. * Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently. *Ability to make use of smart interactive board *Familiarity with technical, business, or research terminology is an added advantage. *Proficiency with translation tools or software is a plus. *Proximity to job location is desired
