* Proven experience in Mandarin-English interpretation (over-the-phone or video preferred) * Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong listening and speaking skills * Access to a computer/laptop, USB headset, and stable high-speed internet * Familiarity with professional interpretation protocols and ethics * Strong communication and customer service skills
