We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Creative Team and Marketing Director. This is a project-based role with the possibility of moving into full-time for the right fit. You’ll play a key role in helping bring our content strategy to life — from scheduling posts to creating visuals and copy — while working side-by-side with the team.

✨ What You’ll Do 📅 Help schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) 🎨 Design content in Canva + create thumbnails in Photoshop ✍️ Write captions and copy that match the brand’s voice 🎬 Do light video editing with CapCut Desktop 📊 Use Metricool + YouTube Studio for scheduling & performance tracking 🤝 Collaborate with the Creative Team & Marketing Director to keep campaigns consistent ✅ Use ClickUp + Google Suite to stay organized and on track

What We’re Looking For 🔹 Creative mindset with strong design and copywriting skills 🔹 Basic video editing experience 🔹 Familiarity with scheduling tools (Metricool, YouTube Studio) 🔹 Organized, collaborative, and a true team player 🔹 Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, MidJourney) for content ideas
