🔹 Senior Technical Writer 5+ years in technical writing/editing for software development 4+ years in financial industry documentation Experience with online source documentation, training materials, and help manuals Skilled with MS Office, documentation libraries, and template creation Bonus: Azure DevOps/Jira, SEM/PMM knowledge, prior government experience

🔹 Business Analyst 5 8+ years gathering and analyzing business requirements 6+ years creating technical/business documentation (wireframes, workflows, traceability matrix, etc.) Strong Agile/SCRUM background (ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning) 5+ years writing user stories & acceptance criteria 4+ years in financial systems analysis

Bonus: Azure DevOps, SEM/PMM, SADLC, prior government experience

📍 Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) 💼 Duration: 1 year with possible extension 🎥 Interview Mode: Webcam
