The role involves creating and maintaining user guides, training materials, online documentation, and documentation libraries. Requirements: 5+ years in technical writing for software 4+ years in financial industry documentation Experience with help manuals, user guides, and training materials Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication Preferred: Azure DevOps / Jira experience Knowledge of SEM & PMM State or Federal government experience
