This role involves creating technical documentation, user manuals, integration guides, application specifications, and training materials to support project success. Top Skills & Experience Required (Must-Have): ✔️ 5+ years – Technical writing & editing for the software development industry ✔️ 4+ years – Technical writing in the financial industry ✔️ 4+ years – Developing online source documentation, help manuals, user guides, and training materials ✔️ 4+ years – Maintaining documentation libraries & ensuring controlled access ✔️ 3+ years – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite ✔️ Strong written & verbal communication skills ✔️ Ability to collaborate with business, technical teams, and executives ✔️ Skilled in documentation templates, revisions, and process updates Preferred Skills: ⭐ Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira ⭐ Knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) & Project Management Methodology (PMM) ⭐ Prior State or Federal Government experience
