We’re looking for a Business Development (Full-time, in-house):
* 2–4+ years of experience in business development / sales / account management at a creative agency, production house, creative house, or event organizer (EO). * Target-oriented with proven revenue achievements. * Strong client database and track record of bringing in or managing clients. * Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. * Collaborative, execution-focused, and comfortable working with creative teams.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify new clients or opportunities to be converted into clients. * Develop proposals, decks, and scopes together with the Creative & Strategy teams. * Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities. * Execute sales functions: prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to strengthen positioning. * Represent GCH at pitches, networking events, and client meetings. * Work closely with management to align revenue targets with creative capacity.
