We work with companies in Oil & Gas and Mining sectors. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition and growth initiatives. Mission Lead Capetano’s acquisition and growth strategy: generate a steady flow of qualified leads, optimize {local/national} visibility, and develop an effective, measurable, and scalable marketing system. This role reports directly to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement the acquisition strategy (SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Email/SMS). • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, {LinkedIn Ads…}). • Build effective conversion funnels (landing pages, VSL, lead magnets, nurturing). • Oversee SEO initiatives: audits, editorial planning, on-page/off-page optimization, content strategy. • Develop and manage content & social media plans (posts, videos, newsletters). • Set up data tracking (GA4, Tag Manager), analyze results, run A/B tests, and improve CPL/CPA/ROAS. • Increase brand awareness (local PR, partnerships, events) and customer loyalty (CRM, email automation). • Manage external providers (copywriters, designers, developers) and ensure the marketing team has the right tools. Tools & Tech Stack (Preferred Experience) Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, {CMS or page builder}, {ClickFunnels/Systeme.io/Webflow}, Notion, {CRM: HubSpot/Pipedrive}, {emailing tools: Brevo/Klaviyo}, {A/B testing tools: Optimizely/Hotjar}. Ideal Candidate Profile • {3–5} years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing (acquisition + funnel optimization). • Strong expertise in SEA/SEO, conversion-focused copywriting, and landing page optimization. • Data-driven mindset: confident working with KPIs, attribution, and testing frameworks. • Highly autonomous, results-oriented, with a strong execution focus. • Bonus: experience in {B2B/B2C/local markets}, short-form video/UGC, automation (Zapier/n8n/Mak Compensation & Benefits • Full-time (Permanent Contract/Fixed Term contract):{Gross salary range + performance bonuses} Additional perks: {Meal vouchers, health insurance, equipment, training budget, company events, etc.} Recruitment Process 1.
