Translator Job
We’re looking for skilled REAL ESTATE (Non-US / US-based) freelance writers (no ghostwriting) to produce timely, engaging, and well-researched content.
✅ Real Estate Industry Experience ▪️ Practical Real Estate Background Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry (e.g., agent, broker, property manager, investor, or real estate educator). ▪️ Familiarity with real-world real estate practices, terminology, and transaction processes. ▪️ Licensing Knowledge Holds or has held a real estate license in the U.S. (preferred, but not required).Understands differences in real estate practices and regulations across states. ▪️ Expertise in Industry Tools & Tech Proficient in using CRM tools, MLS systems, and marketing platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin, kvCORE, etc.).Familiarity with lead generation tools, virtual tour software, and property listing tools.
✅ Writing & Content Creation Skills ▪️ Demonstrated Writing Experience Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or guides related to real estate topics.Experience writing for a business/professional audience (vs. consumer audience). ▪️ Ability to translate complex real estate topics into engaging, digestible content. ▪️ SEO & Digital Content Proficiency Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices (keyword optimization, internal linking, meta descriptions). ▪️ Ability to follow content briefs with SEO objectives and editorial style guidelines. ▪️ Adaptability in Content Formats Experience writing various content types such as how-to guides, product reviews, comparison articles, listicles, and news analysis.Comfortable conducting and incorporating expert interviews, market research, and data-driven insights.
✅ Editorial & Strategic Qualities ▪️ Detail-Oriented & Research-Driven Strong research skills and the ability to cite credible sources.Familiarity with using government, MLS, and real estate association data sources. ▪️ Editorial Discipline Ability to meet deadlines, accept editorial feedback, and revise accordingly.Comfortable working within collaborative tools (like Google Docs). ▪️ Audience Awareness Understanding of the needs and pain points of real estate professionals, especially agents and brokers.Can craft content that informs, educates, and empowers real estate professionals to grow their business.
✅ Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications ▪️ Experience writing for real estate publications, SaaS tools, or proptech companies ▪️Background in digital marketing or sales enablement for real estate professionals ▪️Knowledge of real estate investing, financing, or commercial real estate topics.
