Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the cloud and application architecture strategy across Azure (and AWS) with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions that meet stringent financial services requirements, including complex Azure/Office 365 integrations and SharePoint Online migrations.

Lead cross functional teams to build low latency infrastructure and automated workflows; develop business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes.

Architect and implement AI enabled servicessuch as retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with Azure OpenAIto drive innovation and productivity.

Evaluate emerging technologies, connectors, and licensing options within Microsoft 365/Azure, recommending improvements that reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Must Haves

Local to New York or New Jersey and able to be on-site five days/week (no remote or sub vendor arrangements).

Hands on mastery of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate with a proven track record of launching production ready apps and workflows.

Significant experience designing and deploying secure, scalable solutions in Azure and integrating them with Microsoft 365/Office 365.

Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementationsfrom requirements gathering through design, agile development, deployment, and optimization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.

Ideally, 15 years of overall experience.

Pluses

Experience architecting AI driven solutions such as RAG pipelines using Azure OpenAI or similar technologies.

Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online migrations and Office 365 licensing/policy optimization.

Exposure to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) in addition to Azure.
