We’re Hiring: Designer – Interactive & Experiential Design Magnon Group is looking for a highly creative and strategic Designer who can go beyond traditional UI/UX to craft immersive brand experiences. From booth activations and interactive storyboards to Figma prototypes, you’ll help bring brands to life in bold, innovative ways.

#Responsibilities:

▸ Conceptualize and design campaigns, activations & events ▸ Build interactive user journeys and prototypes in Figma ▸ Create scalable design systems & templates ▸ Design impactful booth activations & experiential touchpoints ▸ Collaborate with creative directors, strategists & cross-functional teams ▸ Work closely with creative directors, designers, and content strategists to deliver integrated solutions. ▸ Present design concepts and rationale effectively to leadership and stakeholders. What we’re looking for: ▸8–10 years of design experience (agency/enterprise brand) ▸Strong portfolio in experiential + digital design ▸Expertise in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite ▸Passion for innovation and design thinking
