We’re hiring a Team Manager to support linguistic assistants, executives and administrators, helping the team perform at a high level while fostering consistency, engagement and culture across the agency.

We’re an ISO 17100 agency and a Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting 🤝, so quality is always at the heart of what we do.

Key areas include: 🔹 Driving team and individual performance 🔹 Coaching, mentoring and development 🔹 Resource planning and workload distribution 🔹 Supporting clear communication across departments

📍 Leeds (hybrid: 3 days in office) 💼 £28–32k DOE | Full-time, permanent
