About the Role

We are looking for a Bangla Interpreter to join our team for calling services in the medical tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Bangla and should be able to engage with patients effectively, guiding them through our services and ensuring smooth conversions.

Responsibilities

Handle patient calls in Bangla and English.

Interpret and communicate effectively between patients and our medical consultants.

Provide information on medical tourism services and assist patients with their queries.

Support the sales team in patient conversion.

Requirements

Proficiency in Bangla (spoken) and English.

Knowledge of medical tourism and healthcare services is a must.

Strong sales and communication skills.

Willingness to work from the office (Jasola, Sarita Vihar).

Comfortable with 6 days working schedule.
