About Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist with hands-on experience in scaling and managing platforms - especially Instagram and Facebook.

If you know how to drive engagement and follower growth, cracked algorithm and built thriving communities for a mental & emotional wellbeing/health/youth focused platform, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute the content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms 2. Grow followers, engagement, and reach through smart content planning, trend-spotting, and platform-specific storytelling 3. Create content (posts, reels, videos) tailored to each platform 4. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize formats, posting times, and strategies 5. Manage collaborations and partnerships where relevant 6. Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and updates

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience managing social media for a mental health/youth focused brand 2. Proven success in scaling Instagram and Facebook handles (1k–10k+) 3. Strong grasp of social media analytics, performance tools, and content formats 4. Creative mindset with sharp copywriting skills and a flair for visual storytelling 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment 6. Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite etc
