Objectives The technical writer will be responsible for:

Creating detailed process documents that clearly outline each step of the process Developing technical instructions that are easy to understand and follow. Writing test instructions that ensure all tests are conducted accurately and consistently Preparing assembly instructions that provide clear guidance on assembling components. Drafting job scope instructions that define the responsibilities and tasks for specific roles. Compiling problem-solving checklists that help identify and resolve issues efficiently. Scope of Work The technical writer will: Observe assembly, test, and troubleshooting work being performed. Document all observations accurately and comprehensively. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and free of errors. Update and revise documents as needed to reflect any changes in processes or procedures.

Deliverables The technical writer will provide the following deliverables: Process documents Technical instructions Test instructions Assembly instructions Job scope instructions Problem-solving checklists Observation reports

Timeline The project will be completed within 90 days. Regular updates will be provided to ensure the project stays on track. Responsibilities The technical writer will be responsible for: Conducting thorough research and gathering information. General Business Writing and editing all documents. Ensuring all documentation meets the required standards and guidelines. Communicating regularly with the project manager and other stakeholders. Acceptance Criteria The deliverables will be reviewed and approved based on the following criteria: Accuracy and completeness of the information. Clarity and readability of the documents. Adherence to the specified format and guidelines. Timeliness of the deliverables.
