Email Marketing Specialist Job

We’re hiring: 📧 Email & SMS Marketing Specialist 📣 Are you someone who likes to… ✔️ craft subject lines that earn clicks and conversions? ✔️ build campaigns that turn sign-ups into loyal customers? ✔️ watch deliverability, open, click, and conversion rates like a hawk? ✔️ segment with precision, A/B test like a scientist, and ship learnings fast? ✔️ sweat the details: buying psychology, QA links, rendering, UTMs, timing, frequency, and compliance?

What you’ll do Own email + SMS strategy, calendars, reports, A/B testing, and automations (in collaboration with product marketers, copywriters, and designers). Improve the numbers that matter: OR, CTR, CVR, revenue per send, list growth, unsubscribe / spam rates. Keep our lists clean, our data tidy, and our messages helpful. Bring insights back to the team with clear dashboards and “so what/what next” recommendations.

What you’ll bring A builder mindset: rapid experiments, clear hypotheses, crisp reporting. Email and SMS platform fluency and a strong handle on deliverability. Organizational skills to pay the bills. Creativity and savvy to guide copy direction for subject lines, preheaders, and short-form SMS that feel human, not spammy. Curiosity + empathy (dare we say ❤️ love?) for small-business customers.
