📧 We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist (On-Site – Islamabad I-8)

Your Doctors Online is a fast-growing telehealth platform, and we’re looking for a data-driven **Email Marketing Specialist** to own, optimize, and scale our email campaigns. If you know your way around flows, automations, and A/B testing, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

* Plan, build, and send engaging campaigns across multiple segments. * Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing to maximize CTR & conversions. * Manage automation workflows (welcome, re-engagement, churn prevention). * Track and report results using GA4 or ESP analytics dashboards. * Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create campaigns that resonate.

What Makes You a Fit

*2+ years of proven experience in email marketing. * Strong grasp of ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). * Solid copywriting and data interpretation skills. * Familiar with email deliverability best practices, GDPR/FTC compliance. * Excited to work full-time **on-site** in Islamabad (I-8).
