Job Title: Vietnamese Translation Specialist (Technical/Business)  Work Location: Bắc Ninh, Vietnam  Job Responsibilities  Technical Document Translation & Localization  Translate high-speed connector-related materials (including product manuals, test reports, and technical specifications) between Chinese, English, and Vietnamese to ensure accuracy and consistency.  Localize technical content for Vietnamese markets, aligning with local industry practices and language habits to support product promotion and user understanding.  Maintain a shared Vietnamese-Chinese-English technical glossary to unify terminology across global teams and internal departments.  Business Communication & Interpretation  Provide on-site or remote interpretation for business meetings, client negotiations, and project discussions involving Vietnamese stakeholders, covering topics such as product demand, order coordination, and after-sales support.  Translate cross-border business documents (including contracts, purchase orders, and market analysis reports) to facilitate smooth collaboration between the company and Vietnamese clients/partners.  Content Support for Marketing & Training  Translate marketing materials (e.g., exhibition brochures, product promotion videoscripts) and training materials (e.g., employee operation guides, client training PPTs) into Vietnamese, ensuring cultural appropriateness and clarity.  Collaborate with marketing and training teams to review translated content, resolving language or cultural misunderstandings to avoid communication risks.  Job Requirements  Language Proficiency  Proficient in Chinese (fluent in both written and spoken) and English (capable of professional communication); able to accurately translate between the three languages.  Work Experience  2-3 years of professional translation experience, with preference for experience in electronics, connectors, telecommunications, or automotive industries.  Proven track record in technical or business translation (e.g., having translated electronic product documents or supported cross-border business communications).  Education & Professional Skills  Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.  Familiar with basic technical concepts (e.g., signal integrity, high-speed interconnection) is a plus; able to quickly grasp industry-specific terminology.  Proficient in using common translation tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) or office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to improve translation efficiency.  Soft Skills  Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in translated content.  Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, sales, marketing).  Flexible and adaptable, able to handle urgent translation tasks and adjust to changing work priorities.
