As we scale our documentation practice, we need a Senior Technical Writer who’s excited to own product areas end-to-end, collaborate with brilliant teams, and help thousands of users (and developers!) get the most out of MaintainX.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

Writing and publishing everything from user guides and integration docs to API developer guides, release notes, and in-app help.

Partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Education to make sure docs always meet user needs.

Driving improvements in tooling, processes, and practices for the documentation team.

Owning documentation strategy across your product areas (yep—you’ll have real impact).

Supporting internal docs and docs-adjacent initiatives.
