We’re looking for a skilled Scientific Content Developer to help shape the future of scientific knowledge-sharing within our Quantitative Medicine and Genomics team. This collaborative role will be instrumental in building internal scientific playbooks—practical guides that document our most innovative R&D methodologies and ensure consistent application across teams.

📍 Location: Lake County, IL (Hybrid preferred – 3 days onsite | Virtual option available) 💲 $51–55/hr (individual medical benefits available at a cost) 📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract

What you’ll do: 🔹 Collaborate with experts across biology, computational science, clinical development, and safety. 🔹 Translate complex processes into clear, structured, and actionable documentation. 🔹 Conduct interviews with scientists and synthesize insights into practical content. 🔹 Create a user-friendly, evolving playbook (SharePoint/Confluence experience is a plus!). 🔹 Deliver content chapters on time and integrate feedback from reviewers.

What we’re looking for: ✔️ Degree in Life Sciences (Bachelor’s or higher). ✔️ 5+ years in technical/medical writing or scientific communications (biopharma preferred). ✔️ Ability to turn complex science into accessible, impactful content. ✔️ Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. ✔️ A collaborative communicator with the ability to engage diverse R&D stakeholders. ✨ Bonus Points: Experience with digital collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence) + familiarity with immunology development.
