About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic App Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead paid acquisition efforts across South Asian markets, with a primary focus on Pakistan. As part of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll drive user growth through Meta and TikTok, while managing campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads, leveraging insights from AppsFlyer.

Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize app install and retargeting campaigns on Meta and TikTok, tailored for South Asian audiences, particularly in Pakistan and India. Manage acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads. Partner with the MMP team to track post-install events and optimize for downstream KPIs. Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to develop locally resonant campaign messaging. Analyze CACs, ROI, and performance trends to guide budget scaling and experimentation. Drive corridor-specific testing and support strategies for entering new markets.

Requirements 4+ years of experience in app performance marketing, ideally in fintech or emerging markets. Extensive hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads. Strong knowledge of MMPs (preferably AppsFlyer) and SKAN event structures. Proven experience marketing to South Asian audiences, particularly in Pakistan. Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on data interpretation and growth strategy.

Nice to Have Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO). Experience with creative testing frameworks and UGC campaigns. Proficiency in SQL or advanced data analysis.
