🔑 What You’ll Do:

📅Content Planning & Ideation 1. Stay active on trends, challenges, and viral formats to adapt content quickly. 2. Develop creative concepts aligned with the brand’s tone, voice, and marketing objectives. 3. Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm campaign ideas and seasonal content themes.

🎬Content Production 1. Shoot, edit, and produce content for various formats (Reels, TikTok videos, carousel posts, Stories, product photos, memes). 2. Write compelling captions and select hashtags that encourage engagement. 3. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.

🎞️Publishing & Scheduling 1. Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting on relevant platforms. 2. Upload and schedule posts via native apps or scheduling tools.

🎯 What We’re Looking For: 1. At least Diploma degree 2. Proven experience as a content creator, or similar role. 3. Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Example: CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.). 4. Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram. 5. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. 7. Basic analytics understanding to interpret performance metrics. 8. Experienced in the beauty, personal or body care, and fashion industry is a PLUS. 9. A beauty enthusiast — someone passionate about cosmetics and skincare, curious about trends, creative in expressing ideas, and attentive to detail.
