Role: Program Manager Tech (internal & external communications) Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Hyderabad

Top 3 Skills: • Excellent content production (copy writing, editing) – spoken & written English, aligned to the org culture & priorities • Able to proactively initiate comms initiatives with Store developers directly or through social media. Assist the team in owning error-free internal and external comms for the org. • Experience in using Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.

Key Responsibilities: • Communication: Deploy effective internal and external communication strategies that include email communication to developers and communication through social media. Address queries from partners/stakeholders and facilitate resolutions. • Research & Content: Research, write or vet content and design for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc (all internal & external communication channels) to convey Store value proposition to Developers. Typical day in the role: • Developer Communication (Research + Content writing + documentation) : 50% • Social Media presence and upkeep: 25% • Program management (AzureDevOps + Data analysis for research): 25%

Requirements and skills • Proven 4+ or 8+ years’ experience as communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms. • Solid understanding of project management principles.
