𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 | 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞) Think AI is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to craft clear, compliant, and visually engaging responses to government RFPs. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨: Write, format, and edit proposal documents in MS Word & PowerPoint. Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to create winning proposals. Develop visuals like diagrams, flowcharts, and process maps. Ensure compliance with RFP standards and deadlines. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience with government RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. Advanced MS Word & PowerPoint skills. Excellent writing, editing, and grammar abilities. Ability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours. 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞: Experience with diagramming tools. Familiarity with proposal management platforms.
