About the Role

We are looking for a creative and research-driven Content Strategist who can craft engaging and impactful content for our brand. The primary focus of this role will be video script writing and brand research to ensure our campaigns deliver the right message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct brand and competitor research to design effective content strategies.

Write engaging video scripts for social media and ad campaigns.

Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure high-quality campaigns.

Analyze trends and performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.

Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in content strategy / video scripting / brand research.

Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.

Solid understanding of brand positioning and audience psychology.

Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.

Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.

Nice to Have

Experience with SEO and paid ads content.

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, etc.).

Prior experience in health, beauty, or e-commerce industry.
