📢 AQ Solutions is Hiring – Business Development Manager AQ Solutions, an Islamabad-based Content Management and Translation Services company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in international markets. 📌 Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and prospect using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Upwork. - Execute cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to bring in qualified leads. - Pitch content writing and translation services to global businesses. - Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. - Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and client needs to refine sales strategy. - Track sales pipeline, conversions, and KPIs using CRM tools.

✅ Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus). - 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition (preferably in translation, content writing, digital marketing, or outsourcing industries). - Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding strategies. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). - Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a results-driven role.

✨ Preferred: - Experience selling translation, localization, or content services. - Multilingual abilities (a plus but not required). - Existing network in publishing, e-commerce, or international businesses.
