Job Title: Experienced Technical Content Writer to Uplift Company Knowledge Center

We are on an exciting journey to enhance our Company’s Knowledge Center into a customer-centric, AI-ready, and scalable self-service hub. By providing engaging and reliable content, you will empower our customers to self-solve their issues across various support channels. If you have a knack for crafting clear and concise technical content and are familiar with content strategy and AI principles, we would love to have you on board!

Duties:

Analyze and assess the current Knowledge Center content for quality and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and insights.

Create, edit, and enhance documentation and produce videos via AI tolling to improve clarity, structure, and usability.

Implement content strategy best practices focusing on customer empowerment and self-service.

Ensure all content is AI-ready and optimized for easy integration with various support tools.

Restructure as necessary the Knowledge center and underlying categories to ensure an optimal user experience with minimal friction.

Skills:

Proven experience in technical writing, specifically for SaaS products.

Strong understanding of content strategy principles and best practices.

Familiarity with AI principles related to content creation and management.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Proficient in using content management systems and collaboration tools

Understanding of how content can enable channels to enhance the customer experience and quality of outcome.

Start Timeline: Project is expected to begin immediately.
