We’re Hiring: Technical Bid Writer – Integrated Security Systems Location: Nairobi, Kenya or Johannesburg, South Africa

GardaWorld Security Africa is seeking a sharp, skilled and detail-oriented Technical Bid Writer to support our growth across East Africa.

This is a strategic role for a professional who can translate complex technical specifications into clear, compelling bid content. You’ll be instrumental in shaping proposals that reflect our capabilities in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and broader integrated security solutions.

What You’ll Bring: - Proven experience in technical bid writing within the electronic security sector - Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, PSIM, and VMS platforms - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and impact - Familiarity with procurement processes in both public and private sectors -- Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or bid writing (APMP preferred)
