Job Role: Technical Services Engineer Shift: 9 AM To 5 PM Work Shift: Hybrid Relevant Experience: 4+   Job Description: Excellent written communication skills in English Experience in developing and maintaining good quality product documents Domain Knowledge on Telecommunication / Networking Expert in Tools like DITA/ XML authoring, Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat Highly self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and transitioning between them efficiently   Skill Requirements: Must have 3-5 years of technical writer experience MBA/MA English/Technical Communications; BS/MS Engineering/Computer Science; or equivalent Hands on experience in Quality Assurance Must be an individual contributor Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and willingness to move between projects on short notice and completes the project within timelines.
