Job Overview: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking, with a focus on driving engagement and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn.

- Work with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals, captions, stories, and reels.

- Plan and execute social media calendars and campaign strategies aligned with marketing goals.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.

- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement.

- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.

- Collaborate with influencers and coordinate brand partnerships.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements: ▪️ 06-1 years of proven experience managing brand pages or campaigns.

▪️ Must have their own laptop.

▪️ Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends.

▪️ Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

▪️ Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

▪️ Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

▪️ Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent knowledge of paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads). Content writing Strong Communication Creative Thinking Experience with influencer marketing or community building. Familiarity with tools like Later, Notion, Trello, or Google Analytics is a plus.
