🧑‍💻 Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English who can seamlessly bridge communication gaps while contributing to software quality assurance. This hybrid role combines language expertise with manual or automation testing skills, supporting both linguistic and technical aspects of our product development lifecycle.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Language Translation & Interpretation Translate technical documents, emails, and reports between Japanese and English. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, client calls, and project briefings. Ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in all translations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. 🔹 Quality Assurance & Testing Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues. Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure product quality and compliance. Document test cases, results, and defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications JLPT N2 or higher certification (N1 preferred). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

➕ Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of IT terminology and technical documentation. Prior experience in client-facing roles with Japanese stakeholders.
