Our client, a luxury salon studio at Ikoyi Lagos, is hiring a Social Media Manager to drive digital growth and sales.

Salary: N150k – N200k

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos | Accommodation: Not available

Hybrid: Physical presence required on Saturdays

Overview We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager who can strategically leverage content, engagement, and interactions to generate sales and grow revenue—not just post content. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building brand presence, nurturing online communities, and converting engagement into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales-driven social media strategies.

Create and implement compelling content calendars.

Produce engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories).

Apply in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Familiar with SEO, SEM, email, and advertising to maximise reach.

Manage daily interactions, nurturing leads and converting them into sales.

Track, analyse, and report on performance with a focus on ROI.

Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align campaigns with goals.

Leverage paid ads, influencer partnerships, and organic growth strategies.

Stay current with trends, competitors, and emerging digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Strategist with sales results.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter (X).

Skilled in content creation (graphics, video editing, copywriting).

Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
