SEO Specialist (Full-Time)

📆 Workdays: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week) 🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📌 Job Type: Full-Time, Offline / Onsite (Not Remote) 🏢 Work Location: Level-7D, Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi.

🔍 Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Expert to join our in-house team. You will take full responsibility for implementing and managing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including technical SEO, local SEO, high-quality backlink building, and SEO-friendly content writing to boost online visibility for our company and clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis • Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns (Must) • Write and optimize SEO-focused content (blogs, web pages, meta descriptions) • Implement and monitor local SEO strategies • Conduct SEO audits and optimize website performance • Generate SEO performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates

🧠 Required Knowledge & Skills • Technical SEO (Site structure, speed, crawlability, indexing) • Local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, local citations) • SEO Content Writing (Blogs, Web Copy, Meta Tags) • Backlink Building (Guest posting, outreach, editorial links) • Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus
