🔑 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Prepare and analyze files for translation using CAT tools ✅ Create, configure, and manage translation tools (CAT & MT) ✅ Develop localization kits for documents, software, and websites ✅ Support translators with tools and technical queries ✅ Manage and leverage Translation Memories (TMs) for efficiency ✅ Research and develop new tools/methods to improve workflows ✅ Ensure cost-saving measures without compromising quality ✅ Perform word count analysis for billing and pre-sales

🛠️ Key Skills & Requirements: ✔ Strong verbal & written communication ✔ Knowledge of CAT tools & translation memory handling ✔ Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset ✔ Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines ✔ Adaptive, flexible, and detail-oriented ✔ Good Excel and typing skills ✔ Industry knowledge & technical best practices
