About the Role: AM Global is hiring for a leading technology client. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer with strong coding knowledge to join their Software Development team. This role requires translating complex technical and software concepts into clear, accurate documentation for multiple projects and products.

Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain technical documentation: API references, programming guides, installation guides, system specifications, and user manuals. - Work closely with engineers to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content. - Develop diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to confirm requirements. - Maintain documentation consistency, style, and terminology across all materials. - Produce documentation for software development plans, release processes, defect management, and quality assurance.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related - field. - 5+ years of technical writing experience in software or engineering. - Strong coding knowledge is mandatory. - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). - Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and technical documentation standards.
