💡In this role, you’ll: • Recruit freelance, home-based telephone interpreters in a wide range of languages • Manage candidates through a six-stage recruitment process, from interviews to orientation • Carry out English language tests and phone interviews • Liaise with candidates and colleagues in the UK and US to keep recruitment moving smoothly • Track progress using our internal systems and deliver weekly/monthly reports

✔️ We’re looking for someone who: • Has recruitment experience (3 years desirable, but not essential) • Stays calm and focused under pressure • Is process-driven with strong attention to detail • Brings initiative, independence, and excellent communication skills • Can establish credibility with our freelance interpreter community
