Falcon IT is seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Writer with 3–5 years of experience crafting federal government proposals. This is a remote role with residency in the DC Metro area for occasional collaboration.

You’ll play a key role in supporting high-impact federal programs by interpreting solicitations and developing compliant, persuasive, and compelling proposal responses.

🔹 What you’ll do ✅ Interpret RFPs, RFIs & RFQs and ensure compliance with requirements. ✅ Draft & edit technical and management volumes for federal proposals. ✅ Collaborate with SMEs, capture managers & proposal teams. ✅ Manage outlines, storyboards & proposal schedules. ✅ Facilitate reviews & incorporate stakeholder feedback. ✅ Ensure clarity, compliance & persuasive storytelling in all sections.

🔹 What you’ll bring ✔️ 3–5 years federal proposal writing experience ✔️ Strong in compliance editing, technical writing & proofreading. ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SharePoint. ✔️ Familiarity with federal contract vehicles (eBuy, GSA Schedules, OASIS, etc.). ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field. ➕ Bonus: Adobe Illustrator or graphic design tool experience.
