Open Roles Guest Relations Manager Front Desk Shift Leader Rooms Controller Receptionist (Russian-speaking preferred)

Guest Relations Manager Lead VIP & loyalty experience end-to-end; anticipate needs, personalize moments, and resolve issues with care. Partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to orchestrate seamless stays. Track guest sentiment (reviews, surveys, GXP) and drive continuous improvement. Coach and elevate the GRO team; model brand voice and service culture. Front Desk Shift Leader Run smooth shifts: allocations, arrivals/departures, cash/shift closures, and handovers. Support escalations with empathy and ownership; keep service recovery crisp and fair. Train, brief, and motivate the front desk team; uphold brand standards and SOPs. Ensure data accuracy in PMS and audit readiness at all times. Rooms Controller Own room inventory strategy (OOO/PPM blocks, upgrades, connecting rooms, VIP suites). Align with Sales/Revenue on sellable inventory and upsell opportunities. Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering to protect turn times and quality. Keep the daily allocation map proactive—no surprises for guests or the team. Receptionist (Russian-speaking preferred) Deliver a warm, efficient welcome and farewell; handle check-in/out flawlessly. Manage payments, posting, and guest queries with accuracy and care. Provide clear information on hotel facilities, local tips, and loyalty benefits. Russian language is a strong advantage; additional languages are a plus.
