📽️ Position: Video Editor 🏢 Company: IIT Delhi Endowment Management Foundation 📍 Location: IIT Delhi campus

Key Responsibility: 💻 Edit raw video footage and audio files into cohesive, engaging final products like Interviews, Campaign series, Topical events, Testimonials, Concept Videos, Short-form content editing (reels/shorts), and so on. Enhance video and audio quality by adjusting sound levels, adding effects, and ensuring clarity and consistency. Incorporate music, additional graphics, and other elements to improve storytelling. Sync audio tracks with video footage to ensure proper alignment and timing. Handle colour grading and sound mixing for quality output. Incorporate animations and graphics as per client requirements. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate 360, and Photoshop. Handle coordination and reporting work as per the workflow setup for the project(s). Good to have basic knowledge of operating a camera (DSLR), mirrorless cameras, mic, etc. and have a good sense of framing and lighting. Work under tight deadlines and be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Responsibilities: 🎦 Coordinate and collaborate with content manager, ensuring consistency in editing style and adherence to timelines. Provide creative feedback and support to team members when required. Must be comfortable using AI tools (such as text-to-video, audio enhancement, or design automation tools) to speed up workflow and enhance creativity. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and tools as required by the project.

Experience: Upto 3 years Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Flexible timings (Maximum 8.5hrs)
