As our IT Director, Applications, you’ll: ✅ Drive HR automation and SaaS solutions that deliver real business impact ✅ Lead Workday HCM, Recruiting, and integrated HR platforms ✅ Manage multiple projects, balancing support, enhancements, and transformations ✅ Apply AI & automation (Workato preferred) to optimize workflows ✅ Influence IT & business leaders with your strategic insight

Requirements: 🔹 12+ years in software applications & automation 🔹 5+ years supporting global HR/Recruiting systems (staff >25k) 🔹 3+ years managing Workday & HR platform integrations 🔹 Recruiting automation experience (TalkPush, Harver preferred) 🔹 Available to start ASAP or within 30 days
