Datavant is delighted that Sharon C. has joined us in Galway as Manager, Technical Writing.

Sharon will lead our documentation strategy, overseeing the creation of clear, accurate and user-focused content for our products while ensuring that our product documentation adds value, is easy to navigate and reflects Datavant’s commitment to quality.

Sharon spent over 17 years at Oracle where she grew from a hands-on technical writer into a trusted expert in content strategy, accessibility and writing standards for a wide range of SaaS products. She subsequently worked as an API Documentation Manager for SmartBear here in Galway, and most recently as Product Content Strategist at the French FP&A scale-up Pigment.

“I joined Datavant because it offered the ideal blend of people, purpose and potential. Sharon is currently hiring a Senior Technical Writer and a Technical Writer, and she is looking for people who thrive on curiosity. “I look for hires who not only ask why, but also think two steps ahead and dig two levels deeper to uncover insights beyond the surface. Adaptability, active listening, and empathy are just as important as technical skill,” she says.
