Urgent hiring !! Job Description Designation: Deputy Manager – Marketing Location: Mumbai (Bandra) Openings: 3 Budget: Up to 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products.

Handle OEM clients and build strong customer relationships across assigned regions. Manage marketing communication including content writing, campaign execution, and branding activities. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities in rubber, plastic, sheet metal, casting, and automotive components sectors. Coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing goals. Monitor ROI of campaigns and present market intelligence to management.

Required Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing/sales within rubber, plastic, sheet metal, casting, or automotive components industry.

Must have prior experience in dealing with OEMs. Strong exposure to marketing campaigns & content creation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel for client visits (West India / South India responsibility depending on allocation). Region Allocation 2 Openings: Responsible for West India region. 1 Opening: Responsible for South India region.
